Location & Office Hours Starting Fall 2025
We are excited to announce our office location on the 3rd floor of Jernigan Library in RM 315 starting this fall semester. Make plans to visit our new space and learn more about our AY26 global programs by booking an advising appointment, attending an event, or stopping by during our walk-in hours this semester.
- Walk-in advising is held every Monday and Thursday from 11 AM - 2 PM
- Events held every Wednesday from 11 AM - 1 PM or 4 PM - 6 PM
- Advising appointments held every day and can be scheduled by clicking the button below
Apply for the 2026 Benjamin A. Gilman Scholarship Now!
The Gilman Scholarship provides awards of up to $5,000 for students receiving Pell Grants to study or intern abroad on credit-bearing programs.
The next application deadline is Thursday, March 5, 2026 at 11:59 pm PT for programs or internships starting between May 1, 2026, to April 30, 2027. All applicants will be notified of their status via email in May 2026.

Apply for the 2026 Phi Kappa Phi Scholarship Now!
The Phi Kappa Phi Study Abroad Grants are designed to help support undergraduates as they seek knowledge and experience in their academic fields by studying abroad. Phi Kappa Phi awards seventy-five $1,000 grants each year.
Applicants do not have to be Society members, but must attend an institution with an active Phi Kappa Phi chapter.
Application deadline is Sunday, March 15, 2026, for programs starting between May 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027. All materials must be submitted through the online portal on or before the deadline. Award recipients will be notified on Friday, May 1, 2026.
