Gain Research Experience and Earn Course Credit

If you are interested in volunteering or earning course credit hours, contact Dr. Elda E. Sánchez, Director/Associate Prof of Chemistry, at elda.sanchez@tamuk.edu.

Credit hours can be obtained through chemistry (CHEM4385), undergrad chemistry (CHEM3385) or biology (BIOL4304).

As researchers, we must follow various biosafety compliances and we are required by the A&M System to complete some courses before we begin working in any labs.  Anyone interested in doing research will need to complete the Basic Biosafety Course (IBC).

Compliance training must be completed within the first two weeks of the semester.
