Eligibility
In order to be eligible for the Upward Bound Programs you must meet the following requirements:
- Student must have completed the 8th grade
- Be between the ages of 13 and 19 years
- Be enrolled in the 9th or 10th grade
- Have a need for academic support
- Meet current income and first generation guidelines
- A legal resident of the State of Texas.
