Info for Students and Parents

Texas A&M University-Kingsville students are all required to obtain a Javelina Express Card. Students must be registered for classes before their ID card is activated. If a student is not in the ID Card system, the Javelina Express Card office will verify the student's enrollment with the proper authorities. The initial card provided by the Javelina Express Card office is free of charge. If the card is lost, stolen or damaged a non-refundable replacement fee of $10 must be paid prior to receiving a new card. ID Center fees included in tuition are for service and maintenance of the Javelina Express Card system only, and does not cover replacement ID card costs.
