iTech System Maintenance

This page offers performance information for iTech services. Unless otherwise noted, this status information applies to services as well as services for organizations utilizing iTech systems.

Planned Downtime (3/16/17 - 3/19/17)  

We will be upgrading the network at the end of Spring Break. Network, Internet, Cisco Phones, and servers will be down from Thursday 3/16/17 at 5pm until Sunday 3/19/17 at 1pm. This includes Banner, Blue and Gold, JNet, Degree Works, Wireless network, eDesktop (vdi), and VPN.

Blackboard, Email, and OneDrive will still be accessible from off-campus.


Planned Maintenance Window

Notice 1: Each Friday between 2:00 am – 7:00 am is reserved for planned downtimes. Systems may be down during this time for routine maintenance and patches.
