Submit a Program Planning Form

All items must be completed before program can be considered for approval and added to the Events/Programming Calendar. A response email will be returned to you upon review from your supervisor or group advisor. Important Reminder: In order to receive Housing funds for your programs, you must demonstrate need and request the funds at least 7 days prior to your program date. Please be advised that depending on the nature of your programs, you may be required to complete additional supporting documents.
