Presidential Series Scholarships

The Presidential Series Scholarships range in value from $1000 per year to Full Tuition & Fees, Books, and Room & Board.

Scholarship Consideration

To be considered for a Presidential Series Scholarship, an incoming freshman must be accepted for admission to Texas A&M University-Kingsville by December 15th and meet the eligibility criteria. The Scholarships will be awarded based on committee selection. This Scholarship is available only to Texas Residents. Student receiving financial aid will have award packages reviewed as needed. To be considered for general and departmental scholarships, students must be accepted for admission by February 15^th.

Minimum Criteria

Class Rank: Top 25 percent

ACT: At least 22 (not including the Writing Portion)

SAT: At least 1030 (not including the Writing Portion)

Enrollment: Must be enrolled in at least a 15 hour course load

Renewal Criteria

GPA: Must maintain a 3.0 institutional GPA

Progress: Must successfully complete a total of 30 hours in each academic year (excluding Intersession Hours, Dual Enrollment Hours, and Summer Hours)
