Submit a Regular Data Request
The form is accessible for on-campus users only. The student must provide an approval email from TAMU-Kingsville faculty or staff sent to oir-mail@tamuk.edu before acceptance. If the information you are seeking cannot be found in any of the reports already available, please take a moment to fill out the Regular Data Request Form. A confirmation email will be sent to you, and we will process data in the order received.

Submit a SRI Summary Request
This form is designed for instructors to request their own SRI summaries. Department chairs or college deans can also use this form to request SRI summaries of your division.OIRA maintains SRI summaries up to Fall 2023. For those after fall 2023, please contact the Provost's Office. Note: Please use our regular Data Request Form for other types of information requests.
If you are no longer employed by Texas A&M-Kingsville, you will need to submit a public information request to obtain your SRIs. For more information on this process, please visit the following website.
