Mr. Wesley Keylich


Human Resources Assistant

Mr. Wesley Keylich Jr. reported to Recruit Training Command, San Diego, California, in March 1993 and began his career as an undesignated seaman recruit. He became a Personnelman (PN) in 1994, he then was converted to a Personnel Specialist (PS) in 2009 and then retired from the United States Navy as a Personnel Specialist First Class Petty Officer in 2013. 

He has served in a myriad of sea duty assignments spanning over 17yrs, including USS Mount Vernon (LSD39), USS Carl Vinson (CVN70), USS Pioneer (MCM 9), USS Chief (MCM 14), USS Ardent (MCM 12), Served for 2yrs with CO-MUSNAVCENT located in Manama Bahrain. 

His previous shore tours include service at Personnel Support Detachment Balboa and Field Medical Training Battalion Camp Pendleton, CA. 

He completed four shipboard deployments to the Western Pacific and Central Command in support of the Global War on Terrorism. 

Mr. Keylich has been awarded the Navy Commendation Medal, Navy Achievement Medal (4 awards), Navy Unit Commendation Medal (2 awards), Navy Meritorious unit commendation Medal, Navy Excellence Ribbon (5 awards), National Defense Service Medal (2 awards), Navy Good Conduct Medal (5 awards), Southwest Asia Service Medal (2 awards), Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal and various other personal and unit awards. 

He assumed the duties as the Program Assistant for Texas A&M University in August 2018.
