James Maddalone, CEO Maddalone Development

Building is in James Maddalone’s blood. James has been involved in building and renovations since a young boy.  At age 20, James married his wife Megan. Five years later, they had flipped two homes and were on their third. That’s when James realized how much he loved Building and Remodeling.  Almost two decades of seeing potential and making spaces new has turned into PureTree Remodeling, one of the top 500 Remodeling companies in America, Now James is a Commercial Real Estate Developer and General Contractor and has Designed and Built several projects. Including London Square plaza, in 2022 the first retail plaza in the London area of Corpus Christi.

Maddalone Development is also the General Contractor for the New Life Church 2000 seat sanctuary, the Developer and General Contractor for the Corpus Christi Cross Project which will be the largest Cross in America at 240 feet. 
They are proud to partner with the of Kingsville Community to bring back to life the old Flato school, as a Large Retail plaza known as “Kings plaza”.

James and Megan reside in Corpus Christi, Texas for the past 13 years with their 5 children.
