New Faculty Investment Program
New Faculty Investment Program 2026-2027
Texas A&M University-Kingsville
The goal of the New Faculty Investment Program (NFIP) is to provide new tenure-track faculty with the information, resources, and training they need to successfully integrate into our university. Through this program, faculty are supported in their journey toward tenure by developing as effective instructors, engaged researchers, and contributing members of the Javelina community.
For questions or concerns, please contact Dr. Chernosky at jeffery.chernosky@tamuk.edu, or Mr. Harmeet Singh at harmeet.singh@tamuk.edu.
