Campus Operations will now be using Laserfiche Forms for all internal EP-1 Construction Requests. 

Internal Requests:

Select the link to complete/submit internal EP-1 Construction Requests:

Once directed to the Laserfiche site, click the System Member Login (Non-NETID) box:

Fill out the EP-1 Form to completion and submit for approval and Project Manager assignment.  Please be advised that you will need your Department Head’s UIN in order to properly route the form.

External Requests:

For external EP-1 Requests, please select the following link and email the PDF to gabriella.salyers@tamuk.edu
