8) The Javelina Engineering Student Success Center (JESSC) offers more than 8 services to engineering students.

The JESSC's goal is to ensure students are set up for success by educating them about the resources available to help them navigate their academic journey and achieve new heights. We strive to ensure our students are informed, involved, and inspired about all things engineering by:

  1. Offering tutoring services.
  2. Providing an in-house Internship Coordinator.
  3. Providing a central location for scholarship information.
  4. Providing a central location for academic advising.
  5. Coordinating and supporting student organization activities through the Engineering Student Council. 
  6. Notifying students of professional development opportunities.
  7. Establishing activities through the Living Learning Center in the residence halls for a better support system.
  8. Other engineering student services.
