Dual Enrollment Coordinator

Miranda Joiner served as an Academic Advisor for the College of Arts & Sciences since 2006 and was promoted to Senior Academic Advisor II in 2008.  During her time with Arts & Sciences, she served as the Hoggie Days Coordinator for the College and her advisees included Criminology, Psychology, and Sociology majors.  In 2012, she accepted a position as the academic advisor specifically designated for the dual enrollment program here at the university, and became Coordinator for the program in 2014.  During her time as Coordinator, she has worked with over 34 districts to provide college dual credit courses to their high school students. She is an alumna of the university, graduating cum laude with a B.S. in Human Sciences in 2005.  Joiner is a Kingsville native and a graduate of H. M. King High School.
