The Office of International Studies & Programs will continue virtual operations for the spring semester during the COVID-19 pandemic to help protect the health and safety of our campus community.  

Hours-of-operation will continue to remain as Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm CST, with assistance provided by phone at 361-593-3558 and by email at

Students who would like to schedule a virtual advising session with our program coordinator, Nicolette Dacke, can do so by logging into Starfish and accessing her profile located on the "My Success Network" page.

Passport & Photo Services are currently suspended and will resume operations once our office is able to safely resume in-person services. Please visit the Department of State's website for important advisories regarding current passport operations in response to COVID-19.  

The Office of International Studies & Program (OISP) provides support for Texas A&M University-Kingsville to expand the learning environment beyond the traditional classroom and bring a global focus that aligns with the university´s overall mission and goals. Our office supports these efforts through the development of activities, programs, and events that fosters opportunities to gain intercultural awareness and understanding for those in the A&M-Kingsville community.

Study Abroad and other global engagement provides opportunities to expand the learning environment beyond the classroom, into unique and often challenging cultural contexts. Through such engagements, students can enhance their disciplinary training, professional development, cultural understanding, and personal growth.

The mission of the OISP is to internationalize all aspects of Texas A&M Kingsville by involving students and faculty in International studies and Research globally. The office consists of the following four interrelated areas:
