TAMUK Music Auditions Information
The Texas A&M University-Kingsville Music Department has 4 audition days to choose from in 2013. Select the day that will work best for you and specify that date on your department application form. Please note the days when certain instruments are not available for audition.
Select your instrument or voice from the pull down menu for specific audition requirements or for contact information for the instructor.
February 2
March 2 (No Flute or Clarinet Auditions)
April 6 (No Vocal Auditions)
April 27
If you are unable to attend one of these audition dates please contact the professor for your voice/instrument
Schedule
8:30-9:00 Registration in the Bellamah Music Building Lobby
9:00-10:00 Student/Parent Meeting with Music Department Chair in the Music Building Recital Hall
10:00-11:30 Auditions – Specific time and location will be provided at Registration
11:30-1:00 Music Theory/Ear Training Entrance Exams – Location will be provided at Registration
1:00- Meet and Greet with Faculty in the Bellamah Music Building Lobby
(Representatives from University Admissions and Financial Aid will also be on hand to answer questions)
