The ACT-Residual test is an acceptable alternative for students who plan to attend Texas A&M University-Kingsville and who were unable to take the SAT or ACT on a nationally scheduled test date. The scores from these tests are acceptable for admission at Texas A&M University-Kingsville only and can not be used at other institutions. The ACT-Residual is offered on the Texas A&M-Kingsville campus. Please register using the link below. If you have any questions, please call the Office of Admission at 361-593-2315. We have limited space and materials available. Seating availability is on a first come, first serve basis.
Testing begins promptly at 8:30 a.m. Tests scheduled during Javelina Preview day will begin promptly at 1 p.m. See Test Dates below for available test dates. Please report to the testing site 10-15 minutes early with acceptable picture ID, ACT-approved calculator (optional) and pencils. Students cannot be admitted to the testing room after the designated start time. ACT requires a waiting period of 60 days between residual tests.
