Mission
The Office of Research & Innovation (ORI) supports and advances the University mission and purpose by ensuring stewardship of external funds, protecting researchers' freedom of investigation and reporting, and monitoring compliance with university grants and contract administration policies and procedures, as well as those of the funding source. ORI provides comprehensive support and guidance to faculty and researchers at all stages of development, submission, negotiation, research compliance, award, and closeout phases of externally sponsored projects and research.
International Collaborations
Texas A&M University-Kingsville (TAMUK) encourages its employees to establish global engagements in the pursuit of mutually beneficial fundamental scientific inquiry, and cultural, or educational opportunities. These activities strengthen the academic and research programs and are fundamental to TAMUK’s educational system.
