The Texas A&M University System has transitioned to a new software system called Workday for it's Human Resources and Payroll functions. A team of professionals from across the System worked on the transition and continue to work on up-dates to our software system, Workday. This transition has streamlined many processes and procedures, and provides a central place for many of the business functions you perform on a daily basis.


Faculty and staff at Texas A&M University- Kingsville should annually review and update their personal and employment information via Workday. Your participation in keeping your information up-to-date assures the university has accurate information for the online A&M Directory, emergency contacts, and demographics for federal, state and university reporting compliance.

Instructions to Update Personal & Employment Information:

  1. Login in at and choose Workday.
    1.  If you need log-in assistance, contact your department's HR Liaison.
  2. Click on your picture (or the cloud icon) in the upper right corner, then click View Profile.
  3. From the Profile, select Contact and review the information in the Contact and Emergency Contact tabs.
  4. To make changes, select Edit, make your changes, then click Submit to have the changes take effect.
