Javelina Food and Hygiene Product Pantry


Javelina CARE Pantry—Currently located in room 220A of the Memorial Student Union Building, and has a variety of canned and dry foods (i.e. pasta, soup, etc.), hygiene products (i.e. deodorant, shampoo/conditioner, tampons/pads, tooth brushes/paste, etc.), and other dry goods (paper towels, laundry detergent, diapers/wipes, etc.). The purpose of this pantry is to aid currently enrolled students at Texas A&M University-Kingsville in the event of a short-term food and/or hygiene shortage. The Javelina CARE Pantry is a proud member of the College and University Food Bank Alliance. (Click here to visit the CUFBA website)

Hours of Operation

  • Monday: 1 p.m. - 5 p.m.
  • Tuesday: 9:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.
  • Wednesday: 1 p.m. - 5 p.m.
  • Thursday: 12 p.m. - 4 p.m.
  • Friday: 12 p.m. - 5 p.m.

If you are in need of professional clothing for interviews, internships, student teaching, or professional jobs post-graduation, please come to the Javelina CARE Pantry during our posted hours (see above) or make an appointment by calling 361-593-3606 or stopping by the Memorial Student Union Building, room 306.

Students in need of professional clothing for business meetings, interviews,etc. Please visit our Career Services page, or go by the Office of Career Services in room 106 of Eckhardt Hall.
