Memorial Student Union Building Closure
Due to a fire over the Memorial holiday weekend, the Memorial Student Union Building will be closed and the following offices will be temporarily relocated until further notice.

Departmental Business Services will be temporarily located at the South Portables, adjacent to Student Health & Wellness building, Room S04.

- Travel Advances (Submit requests 7-10 days before pickup date)
- Student Organization Deposits/Withdrawals

The Javelina Campus Store is set up in the Pavilion on the north side of the Memorial Student Union Building (MSUB). They have summer books, some school supplies & gifts. If you placed an online order for physical books, please allow 12-24 hours for us to process. eBooks are emailed to you as soon as you check out. Please email 2166mgr@follett.com if you have any questions while they are at their temporary location.
Trailer hours this week are:
Monday & Tuesday: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Wednesday: 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Thursday: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Friday: 9 a.m. – 3 p.m.
The following will be closed until further notice:
- Campus Post Office
- All mail needing to be mailed out, picked up, postage added, etc., will need to be processed through the Kingsville USPS Office located at 103 East Kleberg Avenue in downtown Kingsville until further notice.
- All retail dining and catering services
- Food trucks will be available throughout the week to provide everyone with some food options. They will be parked behind College Hall next to the library.
