Staff Council 2024 Elections

Do you know a hardworking, dedicated, responsible colleague that demonstrates strong leadership skills and is motivated to make a difference at our university? If so, we would like to encourage you to take the time to nominate them for a staff council position. Nominees will be elected to represent their constituencies according to their division/area of employment. 

Staff employees eligible for election this term can be found on our website. You can nominate any staff employee whose name is listed in any of the four divisions/areas.  

This year we will be electing members for the following divisions:

Staff Council nominations are open from April 15th- April 30th. Please submit your nominations by completing the nominations form found HERE

The nomination must include the first and last name of the staff member nominee and the department they are currently employed by.  

The nominees will be contacted to verify their intent to run for the position.  

Electronic voting will be available from May 8th - May 22nd. All staff members will receive an electronic ballot via email.
