How To Apply for DRC Services

Step 1

Students must be enrolled at Texas A&M Kingsville. Complete and return the DRC Registration form so request could be processed.  Registration form can be emailed, mailed, or hand delivered to our office.

Step 2

Send in current supporting disability documentation for review. (Please allow 14 business days for processing.) You will be contacted if additional information is needed to determine eligibility for services.

Step 3

The DRC Coordinator will determine your eligibility and identify the services in which you qualify. Once eligibility is determined, students will receive the recommended accommodations.

Step 4

The students will be contacted to schedule a meeting with the DRC Coordinator to review their accommodation plan, pick up accommodation letters and sign any required forms.
