Message from the SGA President

Hello, my name is Jacqueline McClendon and I currently serve as the 2023-2024 Student Body President of Texas A&M University-Kingsville! I am a senior pursuing my bachelor’s degree in business marketing, and I plan to continue my academic journey in the Fall to obtain my Master of Business Administration. I have been involved in Student Government Association throughout all my years here at TAMUK, and it has instilled within me so many valuable life lessons in leadership and communication that I will hold with me forever. I have served as many positions, such as Spirits, Traditions, & Campus Morale Committee Chairwoman, Junior Class Senator, and Chief of Staff. All these roles have prepared me for presidency, and I am so proud of the Student Government Association 98th Session. Let’s continue to collaborate as a student body and unite together to make a difference on our campus and in our community. And as always, J’s Up! Jackie McClendon, President
