TUITION PAYMENT AND OTHER FINANCIAL DEADLINES

Students who fail to pay tuition and fees by the appropriate deadline (see Important Dates below) will be charged a $35 late payment fee. Students who register after the payment deadline will be charged a $35 late payment fee. Students who add classes must pay tuition and fees the day they add classes to avoid being dropped for non-payment.

Payment of tuition, fees, room and board for students receiving financial aid is usually done electronically. Students with a remaining balance who met all financial aid processing requirements by the stated deadlines and advance registered will have residual balance checks mailed to them or directly deposited to the appropriate bank account. Expect delays in receiving your residual balance checks if you do not complete financial aid processing by the deadline and if you do not advance register.

Disbursement checks will be mailed

All disbursement checks will be mailed to the student's billing address. Students need to make sure the Registrar's Office has the correct billing address. Financial Aid residual balances may now be directly deposited into an appropriate bank account. Direct deposit arrangements must be made in advance.

Important Financial Aid Information for Pell Grant Recipients

Pell Grant recipients who add hours to what they originally registered for must notify Financial Aid upon doing so. Your Pell Grant award will then be reviewed to determine if you qualify for an increase. If you do not qualify, you must pay for the additional hours from your own resources by the published deadlines or you will be dropped from the added hours.
