Compliance Reports

  • Compliance Reports Table

Column 1 Displays the number and name of the compliance report. To view an individual report, click on the report name or report number.

Column 2 Displays a judgment of Compliance or Partial Compliance.

Column 3 To get a print-ready report (pdf format), click on the report number and use the print function on your computer.

  • Compliance Audit Reports
The compliance audit reports are shown in HTML format.
To get a print-ready report (pdf format), click on Print Version in the upper right side of the report.

  • Each compliance audit report has 4 sections:

    • Compliance Requirement or Standard
      Displays the number and text

    • Judgment of Compliance
Displays In Compliance or Partial Compliance and the Compliance Statement

    • Statement of Rationale for Judgment of Compliance

      Contains the text of compliance.
A double click on text displayed in color will open supporting pages captured in pdf format. These are identical to the documentation in Column 2 of the Summary Document Table and can be cross-referenced by their number.

Intranet: several reports containing information that Texas A&M University-Kingsville has designated as proprietary are located on the University Intranet and are restricted by password. Your guest user name and password have been included in the information mailed to you.

    • Summary Document Table
A Summary Document Table is located at the end of each compliance audit report.

Column 1 Source or Document Title
Displays the source or document name in ascending numerical sequence

Column 2 Document Excerpt or Captured Documentation
Many of the documents used to support the University's reports are quite long or are web based. In order to prevent time-consuming downloads and/or inaccessible web pages, the University has created excerpts and/or web captures of the supporting information in a pdf. These are listed in numerical sequence and cross-reference the numbers in the Statement of Rationale. Links to files within the excerpt, not applicable as evidence for compliance, may be live and require Internet access to be viewed.

Column 3 Original Document or Document Location
These are links to the original documents from which the extracts were taken.
If the original file is a small pdf, columns 2 and 3 will be the same.
If the original file is a large pdf, the full file or its index has been captured on the CD.
If the original file is in HTML format, Internet access is required to view it.

Because materials such as catalogs, handbooks, and schedules are modified on a periodic basis, the original document listed in this column may be a later version or publication than the excerpt in column 2 which had been previously captured.

Documents available only in hardcopy format, each listed with its current location, and all files requiring a guest password are so noted.
