Enrollment Verification

Texas A&M University-Kingsville will process student enrollment verifications through the National Student Loan Clearinghouse.  Student enrollment data will be reported to the National Student Loan Clearinghouse three times during the semester, after census date, mid-semester and at the end of the semester.

Guarantors, servicers and lenders will request enrollment data from the National Student Loan Clearinghouse.

A list of these can be viewed in the Financial Aid Office.  We will still process verifications in our office for insurance purposes, credit cards, etc.

There are two ways to order an Enrollment Certification/Proof of Enrollment:

  1. In Person at the Registrar's office in College Hall Rm. 150
  2. Or fax your request to: (361)593-2195 (Must contain your social security number and date of birth)
