Official Transcript Requests:  Hold for End of Term Processes – 2017 Summer Semester

Effective 8:00 a.m. Friday, August 4, 2017:  If you are a student registered for the 2017 Summer Semester (any part of term) and request an official transcript, the Office of the Registrar will hold all requests until our end of term processes have been completed (posting of final grades, excludes for repeated courses, posting of honors and academic standing, and verification and awarding of degree for August graduates).  We estimate processing of transcripts to begin Tuesday, August 22, 2017.

If you have any questions, please come by the Javelina Enrollment Services Center located in the Memorial Student Union Building (room 132) or contact the Office of the Registrar at 361-593-2811.

Important Dates

Grades due via the web at Blue & Gold Connection/I-Contracts due. (Summer Session 2017- Ten Week Session) & (Second Summer Semester 2017- Second 5-wk Session)

Payment Deadline (4 p.m.). A $35 Late Payment Fee will be assessed for registering and/or paying after this date. (Fall Semester 2017)

Late Registration begins. A $35 Late Registration Fee will be assessed to students registering late. (Fall Semester 2017)

First Class Day of all regular students. (Fall Semester 2017 & Fall Semester 2017- First 8wk Session)
