The Office of Procurement and General Services provides services to the University through three departments; Procurement, Storeroom and Central Receiving, and Printing.

MISSION

It is the mission of the office to procure all goods and services, maintain an inventory of goods common to instructional, research and service units; and provide printing and copying services in support of the mission of the University.

Through an effective and efficient Procurement and Services Processes, the University is better able to utilize its capital and operating funds and existing capital assets in meeting its mission.  The Office of Procurement and General Services contributes to all the enabling themes as a logistical service support unit.
