Toastmasters Club is the best way to improve your
communication skills. Lose your fears of public speaking
and learn skills that will help you be more successful
in whatever path you've chosen in life.
Toastmasters International is a leading movement devoted
to making effective communication a worldwide reality.
There are currently 190,000 members in more than 9,300
clubs meeting in approximately 70 countries.
Today you may be more comfortable communicating by
electronic mail or telephone than communicating
face-to-face. Speaking to large or small groups, or
even one-to-one, may intimidate or frighten you. In
Toastmasters you will learn how to successfully
formulate, express, and sell your ideas and yourself
get rid of that nervousness you feel when called
upon to speak. You will improve your ability to
listen and evaluate other people's ideas, and you
will learn leadership skills along the way.
Public speaking skill is very essential in our daily
life. But often we ignore the multitude of its
facets. According to the Job Outlook 2003
Survey, Communication
Skills ( verbal and written) happens to be the
number one quality that employers look for in the
prospective candidates. For the fifth year in a row,
employers have said that strong communication skills
are at the top of their list of desirable qualities
in new hires. It is therefore necessary to improve
your verbal communication skills by enrolling in
public speaking courses. Toastmasters Club provides
an ideal platform for you to improve your public
speaking and leadership skills.
By joining the Toastmasters Club you have embarked
on a journey that will greatly improve your personality.
