As many of you know it is hurricane season in the Coastal Bend. Fortunately there are no storms in the Gulf aiming for Texas at the moment. Nonetheless, as a university community we should continue to prepare ourselves should a hurricane or tropical storm reach us sometime this season.

The Crisis Management Team would like every member of the Javelina family to review the hurricane procedures for the university. These may be viewed online here.

Each season these procedures are posted on the front page of the website for the duration of the season.

Should you have any questions, please contact Mr. Oscar Castillo at x2645. Thank you.
