President's List for Spring 2004 released by A&M-Kingsville
Texas A&M University-Kingsville has released the names of the students who made the President’s List for the spring 2004 semester. In order to qualify for the prestigious President’s List, a student must be enrolled in at least 16 semester hours and receive a 4.0 grade point average for the semester. During the spring semester 79 students received the perfect grade point average. read more»

When Texas A&M-Kingsville graduate student Charles Bedard walks across the stage in August to collect his Master of Science degree in mathematics, he’ll be returning from Maryland to close out a momentous summer. read more»

South Texas students awarded STAR scholarships
Current and incoming students at Texas A&M University-Kingsville have received the first South Texas Academic Rising Scholars (STARS) scholarship. To be eligible for the STARS scholarships students must have a permanent residence in a 22-county South Texas area and must be enrolled as full-time students for the upcoming fall semester. read more»

ANNUAL ENROLLMENT
Representatives will be on campus Tuesday, July 13, at 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. to meet with employees. This meeting will be held in BES 100. Representatives also will be available to all employees at the Citrus Center in Weslaco Monday, July 12, at 2 p.m.

Continuing through Saturday, July 24 SNAPSHOTS FROM OUR PAST is an exhibit celebrating the centennial of the city of Kingsville. This exhibit features a series of black and white photos. The museum is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Saturday. For more information call 361-593-2810.

Monday, July 12 through Friday, July 16 BASKETBALL CAMP from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. in the Steinke Physical Education Center for boys and girls seven through 16. All day camp is $125 and overnight camp is $300. Lunch is provided. For more information call 361-593-2412.
