Administrative offices are reminded that they should remain open during the lunch hour as required by System Policy 33.06. When applying for vacation, compensatory or sick time Monday through Thursday, the leave request form should indicate 9 hours for the entire day or the exact number of hours missed. For Friday, the leave request form would indicate 4 hours for the entire day or the exact number of hours missed. The state legislature authorizes a certain number of 8-hour holidays each year. Because Memorial Day, May 31, 2004, is a Monday, it will be necessary to work until 12:30 p.m. on Friday, June 4, to complete the 40-hour workweek. This exhibit features 20 full-color panels with nearly 200 artworks highlighted. The introductory panel features a photograph of the university’s Leaders of the Pack sculpture.
