Texas A&M University-Kingsville President Manuel Ibáñez presented Electrical Engineering and Computer Science Associate Professor Barbara Schreur with a certificate of recognition from NASA for her work during the summer of 1995 with the space shuttle team that handles the computer hardware and software which controls the engines of NASA space shuttles.
