Texas A&M-Kingsville students bring home System trophy

Students from Texas A&M University-Kingsville brought home the traveling trophy from the Texas A&M University System Pathways Student Research Symposium held recently at Prairie View A&M University.

Top winners in both undergraduate and graduate categories were from A&M-Kingsville.

Undergraduate winners include 

Britny Spencer: senior psychology major from Corpus Christi, first place, overall poster and first place, social sciences poster

Lisa West: senior agribusiness major from Sandia, second place, agriculture poster

Tanguy Fabrice M. Kignima: senior finance major from Ivory Coast, first place, business

Feyisayo Edalere senior biomedical science major from Sugar Land, second place, life sciences

Humberto Garcia: senior biomedical sciences major from Benavides, second place, social sciences poster

Master’s student winners include 

Julian Gonzales III: plant and soil science major from Harlingen, second place, agriculture poster

Adegbola Balogun: chemical engineering major from Nigeria, first place, engineering or computer science poster

Oludare Fakoya chemical engineering major from Nigeria, second place, engineering or computer science poster

Jeet Desai: chemical engineering major from India, first place, engineering or computer science oral

Ayoola Oredeko: chemical engineering major from Nigeria, second place, engineering or computer science oral

Doctoral students winners are 

Gerardo Pinzon: environmental engineering major from Laredo, second place, engineering or computer science oral

Jalil Ghobadi: environmental engineering major from Kingsville, first place, environmental sciences poster
