Texas A&M University- Kingsville faculty and staff have been awarded for the 2014-2015 academic year for their outstanding contributions to their respective colleges.

The College of Arts and Sciences awarded the following:

•           Dean’s Award for Outstanding Leadership: Dr. Paul Hageman, Regents Professor, Music Dept. Chair and Professor of Jazz Studies

•           Dean’s Award for Outstanding Teaching: Dr. Mark Ford, Assistant Professor of Geology
