Jav-a-palooza brings wacky, recreational games to Friday night

KINGSVILLE (January 25, 2006) — The recreational sports department at Texas A&M University-Kingsville will host Jav-a-palooza 2006 from 8 p.m. to 2 a.m. Friday, Feb. 3 in the Steinke Physical Education Center (SPEC). The event is free to all A&M-Kingsville students.

The fun-filled night will include a gigantic inflatable obstacle course, dodge ball and basketball, laser shot simulator, blind man’s volleyball and much more. There will be music and refreshments all night and T-shirts and other prizes for the winners.

The team entry deadline is Friday, Jan. 27. Entry forms are available at the recreational sports office in room 157 of the SPEC and at the ID center in the Memorial Student Union Building.
