Student E-mail Password Notice!

Student AD Sync Flyer

Beginning Tuesday, March 1, all student university e-mail passwords will automatically be changed to match the passwords currently set for JNET and Blackboard Learn accounts. Students who normally log into their university e-mail accounts via JNET will see no change in service. Those students who log in via https://outlook.office365.com or any other means will need to use their JNET passwords as of the above date.

This change in service may affect any students who have set-up their university e-mail on their mobile devices. In this case, students will need to reset their e-mail passwords in the settings of their devices. Instructions for resetting e-mail passwords on both iPhones and android devices are listed below. (Due to the numerous variations in android devices, screenshots may differ from one device to the next. If this is the case, users may prefer to set-up their student e-mail from scratch.)

If you are not logged into JNET, you will be prompted to before downloading the above documents.

For more information about resetting passwords, please contact the Help Desk at 361-593-4357 or visit iTech at the MSUB Pavilion, March 1, between 9am – 2pm.
