Programa de Asistencia Estudiantil (PASE)
The official deadline for submission is July 1 for Fall applicants, December 1 for Spring applicants, and May 1 for Summer applicants. To continue receiving in-state tuition, a new application must be submitted no later than July 1, each year that the student is enrolled.
The PASE Program allows Mexican National students, who qualify, to pay tuition as if they were a Texas resident. There is no cost associated with the application, and we recommend that all Mexican National students submit an application every year.

When submitting completed applications, be sure to attach the requested supporting documentation and have the last page signed and notarized as well. We are not able to process incomplete applications.
Students may fax or e-mail the application to us at 361-593-3984 or firstname.lastname@example.org, if they are unable to submit the application to our office in person.

*If you choose to mail in the original application, please be sure to keep copies of ALL documents submitted for your records.*
Once applications are reviewed and processed, students will receive an e-mail notification letting them know the decision, or to request further information if necessary. Please allow at 2-3 weeks for processing.
