Texas A&M University-Kingsville Procedure 34.01.99K1.01 Sexual Harassment, Harassment, Discrimination found in the University’s procedures and rules manual. - Through the office of Human Resources, Texas A&M University-Kingsville will regularly and consistently notify the public, i.e., participants, employees, applicants, etc., that it does not discriminate on the basis of sex in the operation of its education programs and activities, pursuant to its obligations to comply with Title IX and the implementing regulations. Texas A&M University-Kingsville will distribute its Title IX policies, without discrimination on the basis of sex, and must inform each of its admission and employment recruitment representatives of Title IX’s nondiscrimination policies and insure adherence to these policies.
- Texas A&M University-Kingsville is in the process of developing a self-evaluation document, which will evaluate current policies and practices and the effects of such policies and practices on the admission and treatment of students, and the employment of academic and non-academic personnel working in connection with the academic program or activity. Once the self-evaluation survey is developed it will be administered.
