I-20 Mailing Options

Option One: University Express Mail Services (UEMS)

If you would like to receive your I-20 within 3-5 business days after ISS issues it, then we encourage you to register with University Express Mail Services (UEMS) at https://study.eshipglobal.com/     

UEMS allows you to receive your I-20 via DHL or FedEx within 3-5 business days with a modest fee at your expense. 
UEMS accepts major debit cards and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex and Discover). 

STEP 1.  Create an account at UEMS
STEP 2.  Login and Select "Receive a Package from Universities"
STEP 3.  Enter Texas A&M University-Kingsville and select College of Graduate Studies
STEP 4.  Complete the information.  Name should be as it appears on your admission documents.
STEP 5.  After the payment has been received and processed, UEMS will notify us via email that your air bill is ready to be printed.
STEP 6.  We will print your air way bill and send the documents via the Express Mail Service you selected.

Option Two: Regular Air Mail

If you decline the University Express Mail Services, then your immigration documents will be sent via regular Air Mail at no cost to you.

We will send the documents via regular Air Mail (approximate delivery time varies between 3-6 weeks) to the address indicated on your graduate admissions application.

Option Three: Authorize a friend or a relative to pick up your documents

You can also authorize a friend or a relative to pick up your documents at our office.
STEP 1.  Email a statement gradschool@tamuk.edu to authorize a friend or a relative to pick up your documents.
Provide the following information:

  • Your Name and K#
  • Friend's or Relative's name and contact information
  • A statement authorizing them to pick up your documents from College of Graduate Studies

STEP 2.  Your friend or relative must have a proper ID and will need to write a statement
