The New Employee Paperwork is for all staff, faculty, temporary, and graduate assistant employees to complete upon hire. All forms are to be completed with original signatures and submitted with the necessary identification to the Human Resources Department. Read more»

Employee Assistance Program - TAMUK has contracted with ComPysch to provide an employee assistance program for all benefit eligible employees and those family members in their household.

Birthday Leave Guidance - Full-time staff will be eligible to take one day off (8 hours) during the month of their birthday. 

Tobacco User Health Premium Changes 

Beginning September 1, 2012 there will be an additional premium charged on health insurance premiums for employees and dependents who are tobacco users.  Please click on the attachments for further information and to view the programs available to help you stop your tobacco use.

Tobacco Cessation Program presentation on campus

Attend our presentation on FRIDAY, APRIL 20th from 9-10:30am.  It will be located on the second floor of the Javelina Dining Hall, Banquet Hall 2.  Our speaker is Ray Castro who works in the Colston Family Wellness Center at Christus Spohn Kleberg.  See attached flyer for more information.

Single Sign-On

Single Sign- On is a web portal which provides TAMUK employees with access to pertinent information.  On this portal, the employee may review payroll information, complete on-line trainings, update personal information, and submit weekly time sheets.

Workers Compensation Information

The Texas A&M University System Workers’ Compensation Insurance (WCI) Program was created by the State of Texas to provide reasonable and necessary medical coverage and disability payments to employees who sustain injuries or occupational diseases while in the course and scope of their employment.
