III. Implementation Plan (5-Year)

Describe your overall plan for the next five years:

The energy assessment plan has been implemented for 33 buildings on campus which comprise over 75% of all gross square feet on campus. All remaining buildings will be scheduled for a PUA.  Most of the remaining buildings are neither E&G nor Auxiliary buildings, instead being of a storage or shed variety. We plan to conduct PUA’s on a representative number of our remaining facilities for each year over the next Three (3) years and either implement those recommendations in year 2006 or have them scheduled for implementation. This should allow time for any design considerations and/or retrofits needs. The measures identified during the PUA will need to be verified in terms of proper operation and cost savings.  For year one (1) we recommend a Preliminary Utility Audit (PUA) be done for (do top 3):
