Financial Need: Federal Methodology
 
Satisfactory academic progress: As measured by institution
 
Selective Service registration requirements: Compliance required
 
Athletic scholarship recipients: N/A
 
No default on a federal loan: Required
 
No refund owed on a federal or state grant: Required

US citizen or "eligible non-citizen" as defined by federal methodology:  Required  (1403 students, or non-immigrant alien students eligible to be classified as Texas residents not eligible)

Not borrowed in excess of federal student aid limits: Required
 
Sign Statement of Educational Purpose and a Certification Statement on Overpayments and Default: Required
 
HS diploma or GED: Required
