State Property and Equipment

Texas A&M University-Kingsville policy dictates that telephone and mail service is reserved for official business. Personal use of these services is discouraged since it interrupts the conduct of normal business. Texas A&M University-Kingsville stationery and postage are to be used for business only.

All University property and equipment including, but not limited to, copiers, computers, vehicles and other equipment are reserved for official business only. Personal use of these items is prohibited. Stationery and postage may be used for business purposes only.
