No Solicitation or Distribution

At Texas A&M University-Kingsville, solicitation by an employee of another employee is prohibited while either employee is on working time. "Working time" is defined as all time when an employee's duties require that he or she be engaged in work tasks. It does not include any employee's own time such as meal periods, scheduled breaks or after work.

Distribution of advertising material, handbills, printed or written literature of any kind or trespassing by non-employees in working areas is prohibited at any time. It is also prohibited to distribute such material during working time.
