Ethics

It is of the highest importance that the people of the State of Texas have complete confidence in the integrity of Texas A&M University-Kingsville. It is, therefore, important that all employees attend training and annually review the Ethics Policy rules that affect TAMUK.

The policy outlines in detail the Principles of Ethical Conduct, Conflicts of Interest, Travel, Benefits, Gifts, and Honoraria, Public Officials and Political Activities, Dual Office Holding, System Property and Services, Employment, Nepotism, Oath of Office and Sexual Harassment.
