The public is invited to the second free public astronomy viewing of the semester at Texas A&M University-Kingsville Observatory at 8 p.m. Thursday, October 27.

The observatory is located on the third floor of Hill Hall, located east of the Memorial Student Union Building. Parking is available in the lot next to Jones Auditorium and Manning Hall, on the corner of Santa Gertrudis and Armstrong and along Santa Gertrudis.

Weather permitting, the featured objects for this viewing will include the globular cluster, M13, and double star Albiera. Other objects include M8, the Lagoon nebula and M20, the Trifid nebula.
