Campus Tours

Find out early on that the TAMUK campus isn’t as big, intimidating or overwhelming as you might think it is! Student-led tours are provided during Javelina Preview Days so you can become familiar with the facilities available to our students and where they are located. And with our beautifully palm tree-lined streets and rustic rooftops, you get to take in all the sights that make our campus unique!

Academic Sessions

Whether you know exactly what you want to study or are still trying to figure out the perfect degree for you, you can discover all of your academic options at Javelina Preview Days! Our award-winning faculty will be on-hand to meet you and showcase their programs and facilities. Academic sessions at Javelina Preview Days also give you the opportunity to meet fellow future Javelinas who share the same interests as you.

Student Panel

Have a question about life as a Javelina? Ask it! You’ll hear honest answers from current students who volunteer to serve on the student panel at Javelina Preview Days. They had questions just like you before they became Javelinas, so don’t be shy! And your parents can ask questions, too.

Information Fair

Texas A&M University-Kingsville is home to more than 100 student clubs and organizations, which means there are plenty of options for you to get involved! Student and staff representatives from all the different clubs and organizations will be on campus during Javelina Preview Days ready to meet you and tell you about all they have to offer!

Information Sessions

Representatives from all of the important university departments such as Admissions, Financial Aid and Residence Life will meet with you and your family to explain the application process, paying for your education and on-campus housing. This valuable information will help you when you’re ready to apply for admission and start your track to becoming a Javelina. It’s a great time for you and your family to ask questions, too!
