Upcoming Graduation Deadlines
August 9, 2008 Graduation Deadlines
- May 1, 2008 - Graduate and Undergraduate Students - Deadline to file Application for Degree Candidacy in August with Academic College Dean.
- June 9, 2008 - Deadline for students applying for graduation to complete the Change of Name Request form with the Office of the Registrar.
- June 16, 2008 - Last day for students completing graduation requirements in August to file Application for Candidacy forms with the Office of the Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs and Deadline to pay graduation fees.
Students are responsible for meeting the deadlines — and — for notifying the Registrar’s Office of any change to their local and/or e-mail addresses.

To all candidates for SUMMER 2008 graduation:
General Plan. The Summer 2008 Commencement ceremony will be held in the Steinke Physical Education Center on Saturday, August 9, 2008. There will be TWO ceremonies. On will be at 3:00 p.m. and the other at 6:00 p.m. Seating will be reserved for degree candidates and faculty; seating of all guests, however, will be on an unreserved, first-come, first-serve basis. NOTE: There will no longer be a diploma reapplication fee. Effective with the December 2007 Graduation requirements, all candidates for graduation will be required to pay one of the following diploma fees each time they apply for graduation. Baccalaureate - $35; Master’s Plan I - $111; Master’s Plan II/III - $43; Doctorate - $184 (increase from $164 pending approval by the BOR)
